Digital Advertising Account Manager
COMMANDO, the LGBTQ+ Advertising Agency is looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Account Manager. Must be highly organized, able to multi-task while managing a wide variety of local and national advertiser campaigns. This person will work directly with sales reps, clients and designers so strong communication skills are essential. Ideal candidate will have had some experience working in this field and have a passion for working in the LGBTQ+ community.

Freelance Artists
Seeking freelance graphic designers to create engaging and on-brand social media graphics and advertisements across LGBTQ+ dating apps & all major digital platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & More! Must be able to communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, multi-media online ads for our clients
- Prepare multiple rough drafts and present ideas
- Edits to existing artwork & resizing
Skills:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- MUST have expert Adobe skills, specifically Photoshop
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

WORKING WITH THE BEST
Seeking a senior contract graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand social media graphics and advertisements across LGBTQ+ dating apps & all major digital platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & More! . Must be able to communicate well and work methodically as part of a team. Video creating, and editing is a plus. The position will work closely with Sales and the Account Managers department daily.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, multi-media marketing materials for the brand
- Prepare multiple rough drafts and present ideas
- Edits to existing artwork & packaging in Adobe Illustrator
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to remain on-brand
- Work closely with the team to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media platforms
Skills:
- Video Editing Skills preferred Skills
- Proven graphic designing experience
- MUST have expert Adobe skills, specifically Illustrator
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Degree or working towards Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
